this late morning,
after lessons,
me and Ying Hui went to Thomson Plaza for lunch.
after lunch,
we walked around.
den chance upon a shop.
the shop sells very nice hair accessories from Korea!
and i bought 2 hair-ties (some called Scrunchy?)
very unique!
let ya take a look =)
with the sudden uproar of the Swine Flu (H151),
this set me thinking.
previously,
sometime in year 2003 (or even earlier),
there’s this SARS outbreak..
that cause a super-duper great commotion globally.
some time back,
we had the Bird Flu (Avian – H5N1)..
and these are from the poultry.
many were affected,
especially in countries with many farms.
these poultry have to be burnt,
to prevent the spread of H5N1 virus.
and now,
the pigs!
the Swine Flu has been affecting many,
especially from the Mexico City.
and it’s spreading!
Spreading real fast.
Air Borne, and human-to-human.
all these are originated from the animals.
maybe it’s due to mutations of some body functions/systems.
are they taking their revenge on us humans?
are they trying to tell us that since we can eat them,
then they can also do something to “pay us back”
- an eye for an eye?
that’s a possibility, ya?
some older generation people,
or those with conservative mentality,
can say that it’s the retribution cycle.
you reap what you sow.
there’s a Chinese saying: “风水轮流转”
well,
my prediction is,
maybe in the future,
the vegetables will take their turn.
who knows?
anything can happen to anyone, anywhere and anytime.
Muffin and Put-put have passed away
earlier this morning at 1am plus.
although they haven’t been with the family for a long time,
but we are rather sad when they’re gone.
have made picture collages,
to have a memory of them..
Is April a good month?
it seems that many misfortune or unlucky incidents/disaster…
is looming over us.
first,
the hot weather..
accompanied by sudden downpour,
and strong gust of wind with speed of 83km/hr.
second,
the swine flu..
with the virus attacking..
human-to-human.
third,
received a sms from Bestie-Joan.
with the news of Charlene’s Dad demise.
attended the wake.
fourth,
my dear Muffin passed away too.
still couldn’t figure out what went wrong.
with Ronald and Sis’ help,
we buried Muffin outside my “Little White House”.
hoping that he can be our Guardian Angel.
不开心的事情..
一而再, 再而三的发生
有点感慨..
可是
我们的一生就是如此
有起起落落
我们都会体会到
喜`怒`哀`乐..
还真的是
人生无常
现在能够体会到
珍惜身边的人, 事, 物..

忽然传来阵阵巨风
把屋顶盖的纺布吹得.. 呜.. 呜.. 响
吓得家里的狗儿胡乱的跑
像是要找个洞把头钻进去似的
那一幕真好笑 ^^
我赶紧把掉在地板上的衣服拾起
放到屋里
眼看屋外
满地都是断了的树枝
和片片落叶
就像是遇到了龙卷风的袭击..
乱七八糟~~
邻居家的几棵树
被风吹得想不倒翁一样
有点担心是否会把树干给吹断
真希望不会再有这么强大的巨风了
有够吓人的!
再过两个礼拜
就是我的“年终”考试了
好紧张哦
还不知道能不能够过关
不久前考的模拟考试
成绩有点不理想
对我有点打击
让我对这次的考试没有信心
朋友们都说没关系
只要“年终”考试多加油
就可“过关”
现在唯有继续努力把课业读好
然后把身体照顾好
以最佳状态
