Ingredients:
Chicken Fillet (Boneless – Sliced; Marinade)
Vegetables (Preferably Chai Sim)
Garlic (Finely Chopped)
Onion (Cut in a way you want it to be fried like Onion Oil)
Floured Noodles (like those Ban Mian you saw in Food Eatery)
Soup Broth (boiled with chicken and pork bones)

Steps:
1) Fry the Garlic till it turns slightly brown.
2) Add Chicken Fillet and fry till half-done.
3) Add Vegetables and fry for about 1 min.
4) Pour in the Soup Broth. Bring to boil.
5) Add in the Floured Noodles.
6) Serve when Noodle softens.
7) Garnish with Onion Oil.

Tips:
- You may want to add prawns, tou-pok, fishballs, fishcakes to this dish.
- You can also add ikan bilis to the soup broth, to make the soup tastier.
