Ingredients:
Garlic (finely chopped)
Ginger (sliced)
Spring Onion (Cut about 1 inch long)
Fish Fillet (Marinated)

Steps:
1) Fry Ginger and Garlic till light-brown.
2) Add in Spring Onion and fry till fragrant.
3) Add in Fish Fillet.
4) Add some water.
5) Add cooking wine and salt/soy sauce to taste.
6) Ready to Serve.
